The Listako app allows users to manage their shopping and product lists. By using the app, you agree to the following terms:

• You must not use the app for illegal purposes.
• Content added by the user remains their responsibility.
• We reserve the right to modify the app at any time without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. No sensitive personal data is collected without your consent.

• Stored information (products, lists) remains local on your device unless synchronization is explicitly enabled.
• Anonymous statistical data may be collected to improve the app. This includes, for example, the use of Google Analytics for Firebase.
• Third-party services such as Google AdMob may display ads in the app. These services may use anonymous advertising identifiers to personalize ads to your profile.
• You can opt out of promotional offers and data sharing at any time from the app settings.

Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the app and its associated services, including data synchronization.

• However, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of bugs or service interruptions.
• In the event of data loss, synchronization failure, or display error, Faktiora cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages suffered by the user.
• It is the user's responsibility to regularly back up their data if it is of particular importance.
• Cloud features are offered as a convenient service but do not constitute a certified backup system.
